What is anxiety?

Anxiety is when a person is feeling unease worried and or fear.
We will start feeling worried and stress out, when we think we cannot control and or we are uncertain of a situation.

Added value of anxiety:
Anxiety is a normal feeling. We need to understand that we have to feel these feelings so our mind will become aware that we must plan and organize our life to achieve our goals and conquer our fears.

We must pay attention to situation and people that will aggravate our worries and fears. Stay away from these if these situations are unnecessary.

Anxiety can be a big issue if we can’t control it. (Anxiety disorder)
